By purchasing our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Cassie’s Nutrition Co. provides nutrition services including:

Custom meal plans tailored for weight loss or maintenance
One-on-one nutrition counselling to support healthy eating habits
Guidance to help reduce or stop binge eating through nutrition strategies

Our services are intended for generally healthy adults aged 20–50. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your health, lifestyle, and dietary habits
Follow the advice and plans provided to the best of your ability
Seek medical advice before beginning any new nutrition or wellness plan, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medication

4. Confidentiality

All personal and health information you provide will be kept confidential and secure. We comply with privacy regulations and will not share your data without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Limitations of Liability

Cassie’s Nutrition Co. is not liable for:

Any health issues that arise from not following provided advice
Undisclosed health conditions that affect the outcome of the nutrition plan
Any actions you take based on information from our website or social media

All information and services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

Refund Policy

Cassie’s Nutrition Co. takes pride in providing high-quality, personalized nutrition support. Due to the time and expertise involved in creating custom meal plans and providing consultations, our refund policy is as follows:

Custom Meal Plans

Once a nutrition plan has been created and delivered, it is non-refundable. This is due to the time spent tailoring the plan to your individual needs.

If you are not satisfied with your plan, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request adjustments. We are happy to offer one complimentary revision to ensure your plan fits your goals and preferences.

Consultations / Counselling Sessions

Refunds will be issued only if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No refunds will be given for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
If technical issues or emergencies prevent a session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.

Packages or Multi-Session Plans

If you’ve purchased a multi-session package, partial refunds may be considered on a pro-rated basis only if sessions have not yet been used and cancellation is requested within 14 days of purchase.
